Where to get Territory Reassignment Batch ID?

I need to understand where can I get the 'Territory Reassignment Batch ID' from?

While running territory assignment for the accounts, Under Schedule processes, the task 'Request Account Assignment' has one of the view criteria named 'SalesAccountTerritoryBatchReassignmentVC'. This view criteria has one parameter 'View Criteria Bind Values' which requires the 'Territory Reassignment Batch ID'. Where to find this batch ID?
