Where to find xrpcc?

Hi all

I have downloaded the jwsdp-1.3 and in the pdf tutorial, I couldn't find the <installation>/tutorial directory and I have seen some posts here saying the xrpcc is under the <installation>/tutorial/jaxrpc/bin/ directory. Has the directory changed in 1.3 but the tutorial didn't get updated? Could anyone please point me where to get the xrpcc so that I can generate the WSDL file with the RMI Interface class. Thanks!
