where to find ADAPEXSCHREG.sql - Ext. EBS using APEX

Now I plan to use APEX to develop EBS form and report. I follow the document Extending Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12.2 Using Oracle APEX to configurate the ENV. But I am stuck in the APEX register to EBS. A SQL script need to be run to register the APEX to EBS as below. But I fail to find the ADAPEXSCHREG.sql in the path. Also I cannot find any useful documents to figure out this SQL script in support.oracle.com.

$ sqlplus apps/<APPS password> @$AD_TOP/patch/115/sql/ADAPEXSCHREG.sql XX_APEX
