Where to download Oracle Installer v2.3.0.5.0a

I'm trying to install the latest version of the ODBC driver and it's telling me that I need at least version 2.3.0.5.0a of the installer. I cannot seem to locate where I can get a copy of just that. Do I need to download the client utilities to get that?
