Where To Download Oracle 8.1.7 Client For Windows 2000

I need to download the Oracle 8.1.7 client for Windows 2000, but I can't find it anywhere on the OTN site.

I don't want Toad, I don't want to upgrade to 9i. (I've got that already.) I've got a vendor app that is specifically asking that I use the 8.1.7 client - nothing else.

Can somebody tell me where I can go to download and install it? Thanks - MOD
