Where to download javax.el stuff?

I really don't find a source where I can download the packages that are described here:
http://java.sun.com/products/jsp/2.1/docs/jsp-2_1-pfd2/index.html?javax/el/package-summary.html

I watched here: http://java.sun.com/j2ee/1.4/download.html#sdk But I can't find anything for Mac OS X that I'm using. Does anybody know where I can get these?
