where to download de-install utility for 12c client.

I tried to install oracle 12c OLEDB and ODBC driver for a windows 2012 server to work with visual studio 2013 BI tool. But VS crashed everytime I tried to create a connection to Oracle. I nstalled the driver 32 bits first, then 64 bits.

Now I would like to deinstall Oracle client to start over.

But I cannot find the deintall utility download for 12c, I can only find that for 11g2.

Any one points me to the download site of 12c client deinstall utility download page?
