Where to download APEX 4.x?

Hi,

I would like to install old version of APEX between 4.0.2 (initially on Oracle 11XE) and up to 4.2.6 for study purposes in books and I can't find any download link on Oracle site anymore. I know is outdated, but can please someone paste some link where version 4.x can still be downloaded?
