Where is Tomcat administration web application in Tomcat 6.0?

I have Tomcat 6.0 Whenever I type http://localhost:8080/admin/ ,
It says <blockquote> Tomcat's administration web application is no longer installed by default. Download and install the "admin" package to use it.</blockquote>

I even tried searching for admin package on http://tomcat.apache.org/download-60.cgi but couldn't find it.
