Where is the java API documentation for OSP custom actions?

I'm attempting to use Oracle Software Packager (OSP) to create an installer for some of my software. According to the OSP documentation one can write custom installation actions in java and have them be run by the installer. The documentation says that I need to implement the oracle.sysman.oii.oiil.OiilAction interface, unfortunately I cannot find any API documentation for this or any of the installer interfaces/classes.
