where is the fmrweb.res in 14c

hi where is the fmrweb.res file in 14c i what to edit it according to my requirement

You can find them in

“your oracle home”\user_projects\domains\base_domain\config\fmwconfig\components\FORMS\instances\forms1\

Do not edit this file directly in the file system. You must use Fusion Middleware Control (aka EM). If you do not, you may find that your changes get lost and revert to the original settings.

Log into FMC then to the Forms instance (e.g. forms1). From there click on the “forms1” poplist and select Advanced Configuration

On that page, click on Select Key Bindings Files

Then select the desired languages needed. Then click on Save and Close.

This will now expose the needed key bindings file in the list of available files to edit. Choose Key Bindings from the Category list then the file you want to edit. You may need to lock the session for editing (the padlock near the upper right).
