Where is Oracle Application Server available for download?

Where is Oracle Application Server 10.1.3.x available?
I tried

http://www.oracle.com/technology/software/products/ias/index.html (Contains only weblogic server not Oracle application server)
http://www.oracle.com/technology/software/products/ias/htdocs/101310.html (Contains only OAS patches, not the core product cpio)

Elsewhere on the site, the links
http://www.oracle.com/technology/products/ias/index.html
http://www.oracle.com/technology/software/htdocs/devlic.html?url=http://download.oracle.com/otn/linux/ias/1013/as_linux_x86_101300_disk1.cpio

seem to point to the one that I am looking for, but when I try to download, I get error:
http://www.oracle.com/errors/404.html

So, can someone please tell, where is Oracle Application Server (10.1.3.x) core downloads available (linux)
