Where is my listener.ora?

495848Jan 26 2010 — edited Jan 26 2010
I have 10.2.0.4(Linux x86) instance running perfectly happy, and was snooping around configuration files lately. I wanted to check content of listener.ora file.
Well it's suppose to be in *$ORACLE_HOME/network/admin* and even when logged to EM it says it's there but .... it's not. Directory has only shrept.lst file, whatever that thing is.

There is copy in "samples" directory but I don't think that's relevant.

*[oracle@ora-db u01]$ find . -name listener.ora*
*./oracle/product/10.2.0/db_1/network/admin/samples/listener.ora*

Any idea?
