Where is kpatch for Oracle Linux 7

Red Hat has kpatch available for RHEL 7, and since Oracle Linux 7 is a RHEL clone I'd expect to see the kpatch package available in the addons or optional repos in the ULN for OL 7. Does anyone know what the timeline is for Oracle to provide the packages?

Maybe there's something I don't know, or maybe they want people to buy Ksplice instead?
