Just starting a project to upgrade all of my databases from 11.2.0.4 SE-One to SE-Two. ( 12.1.0.2). So we see that dbcontrol is no longer supported and its replacement, Database Express, does not have the full functionality. See MOS note 1601454.1, question "I'm trying to perform a task that I used to do in DB Control". Follows with a recommendation to use "12c Enterprise Manager Cloud Control".
So if I go to edelivery and search for "Enterprise Manager Cloud Control", after wading past a bunch of plug-ins and management packs, the closest thing I see is "Enterprise Manager Cloud Control 12c, Release 3, Plugins 12.1.0.3.0 update", which ends up being a download of 21 files. I don't think that's what I'm after.
