Where is bsddb3-4.8.0.win32-py2.5.exe

I am trying to install python module from dbxml-2.5.13.msi
But in C:\Program Files\Oracle\Berkeley DB XML 2.5.13\python
There is no bsddb3-4.8.0.win32-py2.5.exe but only dbxml-2.5.13.win32-py2.5.exe.
The INSTALL.txt said
1. execute bsddb3-4.8.0.win32-py2.5.exe
-- installs the Berkeley DB (bsddb3) module
2. execute dbxml-2.5.13.win32-py2.5.exe
-- installs the Berkeley DB XML module
Where is bsddb3-4.8.0.win32-py2.5.exe?
Where can I fetch it?
If someone knows please let me know.
