Where in my project(which file) do I need to write the APDU commands?

Hello All,

I am using Java Card 2.2 and EclipseJCDK
I have written a simple applet and need to do the further process of writing data onto the card.

I just know APDU commands are written to communicate with the card.
I went through its strucuture also but where in the project do I need to write them..

I need help on this.
