where i can download the ocrs12.zip (support rowset )

dear all:
in my application .i want to use OracleJDBCRowSet or
OracleCachedRowSet replace ResultSets.my problem is my oracle
version is Oracle8.17 for windows2000. can ocrs12.zip work
correctly in this version ?
the other question is where i can download the ocrs12.zip.

pls don't delete me .
