Where / How can I get the Javax.Servlet jar file?

All:
Do I have to download Tomcat in order to find this jar file? If so can somebody please provide a link to a web page where I can download a zip file of Tomcat that has the javax servlet jar file? If not, can somebody please let me know where I can find and download this jar file?
