Where does one start for Oracle Jobs

Four months ago, I went to America International College for Oracle Education, and received my Oralce certification Associate (OCA) for Database Administration just today.

However, I have very little IT experience or no IT working experience on my resume.

I wonder where does one start. Do company still hiring new OCA for 10g these days and provide them job training?

Any advises will be very helpful, appreciated.
