Where do I put Jakarta files standard.jar and jstl.jar in Weblogic server?

Good night folks, I am just trying to figure out how to use the standard.jar file and jstl.jar file in WebLogic Server.

I have tried to put them into the c:\oracle\middleware\oracle_home\user_projects\domains\base_domain\bin

directory but I don't know if this is correct. Anyways he JSF 2.0 facelets program is not working when I put them in this

directory. Has anybody any ideas about this problem? Thanks in advance.
