Where do I find the Oracle Home Inventory file?

I want to run conflict checking for a patch to Oracle Forms. On the oracle support website, on the "Analyze for Conflicts" page it asks me to upload an "Oracle Home Inventory file" but it doesn't say where or what that is. Neither does any documentation that I've seen. Where would I find this?
