Where can I find list of all the organizations for a Patient Facing app

Workflow or API calls:

When trying to build a patient facing app which can connect with Cerner organizations, where can I get this list of all the organizations, with which we can complete the oAuth flow and pull the patient data.
Two sources I see are
1. https://forums.oracle.com/ords/r/apexds/community/q?question=how-to-get-all-sites-in-the-system-7920&session=607903869051368
2. https://forums.oracle.com/ords/apexds/post/can-t-find-all-tenet-hospital-fhir-endpoints-9998

If option 2 is the right way will this file https://github.com/oracle-samples/ignite-endpoints/blob/main/millennium_patient_r4_endpoints.json always have complete list of valid Endpoints for Cerner in Prod?
