Where can I download "ojdbc14.jar" JDBC 3.0 drivers for JDK1.4?

The JDBC 3.0 example documentation at:

http://otn.oracle.com/sample_code/tech/java/sqlj_jdbc/files/jdbc30/savepoint/Readme.html

mentions the JDBC 3.0 JAR file:

ojdbc14.jar

However, when I go to the link specified to download it:

http://otn.oracle.com/software/tech/java/sqlj_jdbc/content.html

- I cannot find it - only the earlier "classes*.zip" versions.
