Where can I download mod_ntlm for windows?

Hello,
I can read here, that mod_ntlm can be used for single sign on. I download the readme "Using mod_ntlm with HTMLDB" from the link that can be found in this forum. But I havent the mod_ntlm-modul for windows. In the readme there is a link to "http://sourceforge.net/projects/modntlm/" and I can read: "There are prebuilt mod_ntlm modules available for windows machines."
But I cant find them there!
What is wrong?
