where can I download JAXP?

Hi folks,
Where can I download JAXP, I can't find the related links, It is just said that "J2SE 5.0 - The latest release of the Java 2 Standard Edition Platform, which now includes JAXP 1.3 and many other features." But I have checked my jre dictionary, there no jaxp.jar parser.jar there. Someone said in Tomcat lib there are also such files, but I havn't found them.
Could anyone tell me where could I download the jar file of API?
