Where are the headers for OEL UEK 3.8.13 and which location do they get installed into ?

I am trying to get the header files for VMware tools.

Repo:-

wget http://public-yum.oracle.com/public-yum-ol6.repo

However I cannot see any 3.8.13 header files ?
