When User is opening form white page is popping up

Hi,

This is single user issue, when user is opening any form in in Planning/PBCS Application in any environment, a white window popping up in Web. User tried to access through multiple browsers, deleted temp files, deleted history, tried in private window but no luck. Attached is screenshot for your reference.

Any Ideas please.
