when use Run Form option then internet explorer says waiting for the response from 127.0.0.1

Hi Gurus

I finally installed Oracle 10g developer Suite along with Oracle 11g express database on Windows 7 64 bit computer, after installation I checked the connectivity between forms and database and I 'm able to connect it but when I use Run Form option then internet explorer says waiting for the response from 127.0.0.1 and not able to execute further.

I really appreciate if someone help me out. Thanks
