When the Dashboard prompt is Empty, the report should not run

Hello Gurus,

We have some dashboard pages which has a prompt and a report associated with it.

By default i kept all the dashboard page prompt values as empty.

But the reprot run for all the values and takes a long time. is there a way that report should not run.
