When running the interview I recive the following error : Error for policy model XXXX via Connection

Hi Experts,

I am having some trouble with the connection for Engagement Cloud on an interview.

The Engagement Cloud environment is R13 19D, so I have followed the instructions to create a connection from the OPA documentation (Create a connection to Oracle Engagement Cloud Release 13 update 19C or later)

The connection in the OPA hub looks to be active.

Now in the OPA modeling tool I can access this connection and it sees the Engagement Cloud Objects, so I have mapped from the Account Object the Organization field to one of my OPA attributes(text attribute)

The problem is that after I deploy the interview and access it in the browser this error appears

And in the OPA HUB logs I have this error message: Error for policy model XXXX via Connection: YYYY 401 Unauthorized

the user used in the connection is an admin and has full access to all the Engagement Cloud functionalities and also has the role ORA_ZUP_CONNECTOR_ADMINISTRATOR_JOB

Any idea on how to fix this?
