When rendering page ORA-06512: at "APEX_220100.WWV_FLOW_PAGE", line 2062

Hi everyone,

During a 8 minutes period, all users had this error:

ORA-06512: at "APEX_220100.WWV_FLOW_PAGE", line 2062

Problem is, we cannot access to the wwv_flow_page package (is encrypted) to try and see what code is there, and what caused the rendering issue.

Has anyone encountered this issue before?

Is there a way to see what is in this package to try to determine why the rendering issue happened? We are trying to avoid this issue to happen again in the future.

Here is an screenshot of the debug log detailed information. All errors during that period of time are exactly the same, for different pages.

Anyone that can provide any hint/help on this, will be greatly appreciated!!
