When LAST_DDL_TIME and TIMESTAMP fields are uptaded?

Hi,

I need know when the fields LAST_DDL_TIME and TIMESTAMP are updated.

- Which updated objects (tables, procedures, etc) can change them?
- Which references are updated too? All?
