when installing 6i error: ORA-12224 no listener

i had installed the Oracle Enterprise Edition 8.0.5
with the d2k (forms 6i) on the windows 2000 Advanced Server.
When i first install the oracle db i can connect properlly . But
after installing d2k and try to connect it shows the error. (ora-
12224 TNS no listner) .Our system memory is 64 mb.Then i checked
the winows services the TNSLISTENER80 is not comming up.if i had
to install some other patches.
