When in a form p.24, I modify an element P24_BENEVOLE item type LOV it is the older value of P24_BENEVOLE which is displayed

Hi,

Under Oracle APEX 24.2.11, when I select another item type LOV P24_BENEVOLE and apply modification (SAVE). When I reopen the form, it is the older value of P24_BENEVOLE which is displayed.

The LOV is a shared compent :

select a.id                     as r,
      a.nom || ' ' || a.prénom || ' - ' || a.id || ' - ' || b.FIABILITE as D
 from ad_benevole              a
 left join ad_notation         b
   on a.id = b.benevole
where a.membre_actif = 'Oui'
order by a.nom

I tried DAs withous success. If I save the form with the new element of P24_BENEVOLE, then the modification of P24_BENEVOLE is taken in account.
