When creating connections via connmgr on Windows, where are they stored?

I'm trying to find the wallet that SQLcl creates when using connmgr to add connections, I have a ton of connections I need to remove (as in all of them) .

I'm on Windows 10. I've looked for a “.sqlcl” in my home directory, cannot find where these are stored for the life of me.
