Whats wrong with my Oracle Linux installation on VMware Player - Kernel panic?

Hi,

i want to run a Oracle DB for test purposes on a Linux System and so i downloaded the Oracle Linux 64-bit and installed it on my Vmware Player. After installation and a reboot the Linux system didn't start and the following notification appeared:

I'm new to Linux and i don't know whats wrong and what to do. I looked up some similar topics, but couldn't find a solution. Is anybody able to help me?
