What version of which should I install?

Hopefully this is a simple question.
I have a machine with Vista x64, Oracle 11.2.0.2 x64, and Visual Studio 2010.
I've downloaded ODAC112021Xcopy_x64; but since I have a "real" oracle home, I'm a bit concerned about installing it.

"The files of this zip file is NOT to be installed on top of an existing 
Oracle Universal Installer (OUI) based Oracle Home installation."

Should I use the 32-bit Universal installer instead? Is there an order of installation I need to follow?
