What tools can be used in Oracle 9i to monitor DB perfermance?

Hi All,

I have a slow run third party enbeded C program( more than 200 pages, deal with 40 tables 80 indexex). What tools can be used in Oracle 9i to monitor this program run? DB perfermance? bottle necks? any scripts? Thanks.
