What to do?

I have installed Oracle AS 9.0.4, it works fine on local network and I am able to access the application/forms, then I assigned the Static Public IP to server putting it in DMZplus mode...the address pings from internet but I am not able to access the form I designed over the web outside from my local lan?

What I have to do to achive this....Any Link or suggestions Please.

Any help will be highly appriciated.
