What's the JDBCV URL for a File DSN (*.dsn) using JDBC ODBC Bridge?

Hello.
I have a client that would like to create File DSNs and connect to them using a java application. I've tried using jdbc:odbc:DSNTEST.dsn and jdbc:odbc:DSNTEST with no luck. I get the following error in quantum DB (an eclipse plug in):
[Microsoft][ODBC Driver Manager] Data source name not found and no default driver specified.
SQL State: IM002
Error Code: 0
