1) Can anyone please tell me what's the difference between these copies of ODAC found at http://www.oracle.com/us/products/tools/utilsoft-087491.html

Oracle Universal Installer version vs Xcopy version?

Besides the installation method - Oracle Universal Installer being GUI and XCOPY being command line; what's the difference?

I also noticed the XCOPY doesn't require has an empty home.

2) Is there a GUI installer copy of ODAC that doesn't have SQLPlus.exe?
