What's the command and where can I run the DDL script in Oracle?

Hi

I have some DDL statements writing into a script.

As I know, in SQL Scratchpad of Oracle Enterprise Manage Console, it cannot run mutiple DDL statements for one time.

So, could you tell me the command that I can execute that DDL script?
Also, where can I run that command in Oracle Enterprise Manage Console?
