what's prvt_advisor.delete_expired_tasks

Here is using Oracle version 12.2 . And the there is periodically hit mmon process high CPU during 12:00 am ~ 12:30am

Looking into awr and show the top CPU query is the following:

BEGIN prvt_advisor.delete_expired_tasks; END;

What's the package for ? only is 12.2 ? Why it use so much CPU ?

I can't find anything related to prvt_advisor in metalink.
