We are evaluating the implementation of Oracle Fusion ERP, HCM, Eloqua, Subscription management, EPM, procurement, sales, marketing etc. modules. Following implementation, we want to build an in-house team to develop applications on top of the Oracle platform and have full access to all data. Can anyone advise how we can do this? I read online that Oracle Fusion Middleware provides a suite of tools for development. I also saw that there are “adapters” for each Oracle module which may be required. I would appreciate any guidance.
