What process updates TRANS_DT in PROJ_RESOURCE?

Hello.
Since our recent upgrade (to Image 33), our client notices that TRANS_DT in PROJ_RESOURCE is being updated by an unknown processes. When I checked in app designer for the processes that updates the TRANS_DT in PROJ_RESOURCE, i couldn't find any. Are there any processes that updates TRANS_DT in PROJ_RESOURCE?
