What ports need to be opened in RAC

Hi,

DB : 10gR2 , 11gR1 and 11gR2
OS: Windows , Unix

Can please someone suggest me what ports should be put in open , when RAC setup is in install mode?

We have to put listener port 1521 and enterprise manager port 1158 in open , if i am not wrong.

Will the OS person keep all the needed ports in open mode or as the part of DBA work will specify some where before installation?.If it is DBA work , please help me in specification.
