What param/query to see if DB is in ArchiveLogMode ?

Hi all,

Since the parameter log_archive_start is deprecated in 10G forward...I'm wondering what view or parameter can you query to verify a database is or is not in archive log mode?
I was thinking of writing a script that could go hit a bunch of databases...to gather info, and I'm not sure what you can do on sql*plus to find out if an instance is in archive log mode or not.

Thanks in advance,

cayenne
