What kind of documentation do you provide to your client?

I am wondering if anyone can provide me a sample set of documents (or templates of docs) that you hand over to your client at the completion of an OBIEE project where you created a repository, built several reports and dashboards (or extended an OBI application). In the eBusiness Suite world, Oracle's AIM methodology has very well-defined set of documents for high-level design, detailed design etc, but Oracle doesn't seem to provide any project documentation guidelines for BI projects. Any pointers will be very helpful.
