What JRE to deploy - as one is apprx 8.5 MB bigger

Hi

I've downloaded the JDK 6 Update 7 from the following site http://java.sun.com/javase/downloads/index.jsp

After the installation I have 2 directories under C:\Program Files\Java

(1) A SDK which contains a jre. (89.7MB)
(2) a jre (81.2MB)

Do I deploy the jre from the SDK or the other one? I have a feeling it's the one from the SDK. But why this difference in size?
